I downloaded the Volunteer Handbook and Volunteer Orientation, but there was no Certificate of Completion. I signed up to help with the Soccer Events for 4 shifts and do I just show up 30 minutes prior and get an assignment? Thanks for any updates and getting credentials was very simple.
