Is the Push Pull Event for 100kg Mens on Friday July 3rd? Also what date/time is the weigh in for this class at the venue? Thank you.

Yes, you will lift on Friday and weigh-ins will be the night before. As far as the time around 1600 -1630 but it could be later, at the venue.

Hi Jim, what was the decision here? Is it going to be like Belfast where you could use your bench numbers from your push/pull or are they separate events on different days? thank you
