First time doing this event. Is anything that hits within the white area a bonus and anything outside the white area a deduction?

anything outside the white area in the black is a 10 second penalty. Anything outside the black or missing off paper is a 30 second penalty. A hit inside the x zone of the head is a 30 second deduction from your time.

Can someone direct me to more information regarding the police biathlon? I've never participated in one before but I am interested in learning the rules, format, requirements, etc.
