Will the Hyatt Reston be the home of the athletes village and the venue for the weightlifting competition.

Yes, Hyatt in Reston is the Host Hotel and next to the Athletes Village. But, the weightlifting is in the process of being moved to a bigger location not far from the Hyatt.
