The 2015 WPFG - Lacrosse final standings are:

Gold Medal - NYPD, USA
Silver Medal - Brampton Fire, CAN
Bronze Medal - NYFD, USA

Congratulations to the medalists, and to all the athletes representing their respective teams and countries.

Courtesy of the Centreville High School Boosters, their Concessions Stand will be open for the 9am games serving breakfast items (bagels, breakfast burritos, coffee, drinks, etc.), then switching to lunch (hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, drinks, etc.). This will be available for the entire tournament.

Congratulations to Denver, Tufts, and Limestone for the Men's NCAA Champions side; and Maryland, Adelphi, and SUNY Cortland as Women's NCAA Champions!!

I hope everyone is amped for the WPFG tournament - it's coming up quick!

Sad news, our thoughts and prayers to the DCFD family as we grieve the loss of Lt. Kevin McRae this morning while fighting a 2-alarm fire in northwest D.C..

First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers to our NYPD brothers and sisters on their loss of Officer Brian Moore.

1. I was told today that the registration window has been extended until May 31st, teams can get their available spots filled during this time.

2. Players: any one wishing a refund, or want to switch teams, need to contact the WPFG: Phone: 858-571-9919 or Email: 4info@cpaf.org.

3. Registration/Check-In will be at the Reston Hyatt (2nd floor Conference Room), which is...Evening all!

2. Anybody that wants to be a coach/manager needs to sign up through the Technical Support registration. It's a $75 fee.

You probably already know that ESPNU is featuring NCAA Lacrosse on the weekends. Facebook is also providing an additional link through the NCAA Lacrosse page to even more games on individual college sites. If you're currently snowed out, you could catch some ballgames you...Afternoon all!
