Please forgive my ignorance...

I need some clarification regarding of the poomsae rules for the Taekwondo competition for the 2015 games. I currently hold a 1st Dan Kukkiwon certificate. According to the rules posted on the website, it seems that there are several very advanced compulsory poomsae that will be chosen from for my age group (40-49). Am I misunderstanding the rules, or will I, as a 1st Dan, be required to know all the poomsae listed in the 40-49 year old bracket. According to the...Please forgive my ignorance...

Am I misunderstanding the rules, or will I, as a 1st Dan, be required to know all the poomsae listed in the 40-49 year old bracket. According to the WTF, these work all the way up to 7th Dan.

I'm sure I'm not understanding. Wouldn't be a new thing for me.

Also, does membership in USA Taekwondo meet the criteria for WTF affiliation? I assume it does, but want to clear.
