Hi Jim, may I have the number of participants in p/p men 67,5kg 35-39?

Thanks for quick reply. Is it possible to change to a different age category if I want to have someone to compete with? It´s too easy medal to just have a result...

The way I understand it is you can compete in a younger age category. So if your 36 you can compete in 36-40, 31-35 etc ... But can't go up 41-45.

210kg in men 35 and 67,5kg category This time the goal is to break that record. today I lifted 207,5kg, so I am close. I hope I can continue without any problems these last weeks of hard training. Hope to have many participants in our little guys category! :) See you in Fairfax!!
Today lifted my season record and almost the same as in Belfast! Looking good so far!
