Hey Amber! I don't think it matters if its mixed as along as the age group is in ten year increments. I have another FF that wants to participate in a relay. Does your husband care what relay he wants to run or does it have to be the mile relay? I'll message you my contact info for easier communication.
Looking for anyone in the 30-40 range to form a relay team together, either the 4X100 or 4X400 relay.
