Just announced today is the opening of the ALL NEW Silver Line of our regional METRO subway system. The Silver Line runs from Athlete's Village into the entire National Capital Region. This provides you easy access to Opening Ceremonies on 26 June as well as the amazing fireworks display in Washington, D.C. on 4 July 2015. You can fly into the beautiful Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) just outside of Washington, D.C. and take the METRO subway to the Athlete Village. You can also fly into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) which is just 6mi from the Athlete Village - Reston Town Center
