9:30am  The Bench Press competition will start All Females and Males up to 75kg(165.25) & under

4:30 to 6pm  Mandatory Bench Press Weigh-ins -All Males 82.5kg(181.75) & under, 90kg(198.25) and under, and 100kg(220.25) & under 

 

Tuesday June 30th -At venue

 

8am to 8:30am  Mandatory Rules Meeting 

9:30am  The Bench Press competition will start -All Males 82.5kg(181.75) & under, 90kg(198.25) and under, and 100kg(220.25) & under

4:30 to 6pm  Mandatory Bench Press Weigh-ins -All Males 110kg(242.50) & under, 125kg(275.5 & under, and Over 275.50 lbs.)

 

Wednesday July 1st -At venue

 

8am to 8:30am  Mandatory Rules Meeting 

9:30am  The Bench Press competition will start. -All Males 110kg(242.50) & under, 125kg(275.50), & under, and 125.01(Over 275.50 lbs.)

4:30 to 6pm  Mandatory Push/Pull Weigh-ins -All Females and Males up to 75kg(165.25) & under
