Scott Northrop Discussion started by Scott Northrop 8 years ago
I have never competed before but would like to expierance it before its to late.  I am not sure if I am at a competitive level could someone give me some insight please.  I am 37 5'6 and walking weight 175. My max one rep press is between 380 and 395 right now depending on how I'm feeling during that time.  Is this a respectable amount of weight or am I to far out of my league? Thanks.....

Robert Cutts It is always about you! never worry what the next guy is doing. You can only do what you can do! I have know lifters for years who know they will never win, but just like to compete and meet new lifters. So just do it. 8 years ago
