Hi Tony, just to make sure, is my competition day 28th or 29th June since there are Men 35-39 on both days. i'm 36 and 150lb

Hello Tomi. You will compete June 28th. If you were in the 30-39 heavyweight you would be scheduled June 29th. Sorry for the late response to you question.
