Can some clarify the following:
1) Submission legality. Both documents indicate that we're following IBJJF, so the assumption is that those competing in the open division will follow black belt rules (toe holds, knee bars, bicep/calf slicers are legal, heel hooks are not). It would be good to know prior to the day of the tournament whether or not heel hooks and leg entanglements that involve reaping are legal in the open division.
2) Match lenght. In one rule book it says all matches are 5...Can some clarify the following:

3) The most recent publication of the "sports rulebook" reference's gi divisions. What is the deal? I see quite a few questions, but nothing official from anyone organizing this thing.
4) The time and location of the mandatory rules meeting for competitors. A referee's meeting is referenced at 10am the day of the tournament. Is that one and the same? Can anyone tell us when and where this will be?
5) Brackets: Will they be drawn up prior to the event, or after weigh-ins?
