Can some clarify the following:
1) Submission legality. Both documents indicate that we're following IBJJF, so the assumption is that those competing in the open division will follow black belt rules (toe holds, knee bars, bicep/calf slicers are legal, heel hooks are not). 3) The most recent publication of the "sports rulebook" reference's gi divisions. What is the deal? I see quite a few questions, but nothing official from anyone organizing this thing.
4) The time and location of the mandatory rules meeting for competitors. A referee's meeting is referenced at 10am the day of the tournament. Is that one and the same? Can anyone tell us when and where this will be?
5) Brackets: Will they be drawn up prior to the event, or after weigh-ins?
