Handbooks are out, cross-country gives a time and venue for weigh in for heavyweight but the Half Mara doesn't. It was mentioned that it was going to be on the 4th July but no time or venue. Most folk will have plans on the 4th (probably) so an early weigh would be best but can some light be shed on this matter. If its in the middle of the afternoon i'll sack it off and race with the racing snakes lol

I've been told that once you've weighed in as a heavy weight for any event, then you are in the heavy weight category and do not have to weigh in again. Hope that helps.

BIG CHANGE: A decision was made to change the weigh in process. Weigh in for each of the running events will occur on the morning of the event, not the day before as previously documented.
