As the 2015 WPFG PPC is now a recognised NRA PPC event the gun rules, and matches would normally be?
OPEN 1500 for rev and auto ie 150 round match inc 2 x 50 yds
DISTINGUISHED for rev and auto ie 60 round match inc 1 x 50 yd
SERVICE/DUTY for rev and auto ie 48 round match from 3 yds, to max 25 yds
I see that provision has been made for separate 150 round and 60 round matches but although SERVICE guns are nominated as equipment, the relevant 25 yd match is not.

Does this mean that the 25 yd guns may shot in the 50 yd matches at a distinct disadvantage but in a separately awarded division (Not NRA but WPFG). Of course if you were lucky (or very skilful) you may do well with the little gun and that would still count in NRA rules as you can shoot the little guns in the big matches but not the other way around.
However, as it stands, for 2105 WPFG PPC there is no NRA recognition of SERVICE/DUTY performance as the match is not fired?
Overseas visitors are limited to import of four firearms and some crossover is expected for us and it is handy to definitely know what is available
