I just noticed on the accomodation page that the ice hockey team bracketing is in april, does this mean that we register our team in april?

Your team registers when the overall Sports Registration opens this coming October 2014. Bracketing occurs based on those that register for the games. Hockey bracketing is done by the WPFG Federation.
