Question: my friend asked to join my team but i think i need approval...we are a division II team that played in 2005-2009-2011 WPFG, this player works for the RCMP and played in division I in 2009 and 2011, but in 2015 he will be 40 years old and wishes to go down a division and there is no division II or master 35 in the RCMP, can he join my division II team??
