Im sorry, i am kind of confused about what i am supposed to do concerning the event. I am in the push/pull, 100kg, 30-34. I am confused on the dates i have to weight in, and on the dates I actually compete on the deadlifts and bench. I also read something about going to Hyatt regency reston to register.
