Seems to be a awful lot of discussion about handicaps.
Maybe we need a clear definition of what is needed in regards to handicaps, and for those who do not have a handicap. I have noticed a few posts from people who do not have an official handicap looking to play. While I have no problem with this I wonder how it will be managed. I play regularly and put cards into my club. This regulates my handicap. For those getting handicaps just before they come to the games does not mean this is there...Seems to be a awful lot of discussion about handicaps.

I have seen sandbaggers in the past playing off high handicaps when their actual handicap is single figures, all because they do not enter cards.
Will the Golf manager, co ordinations, be ensuring this does not happen?
Do we known the format for play yet? Is it timed starts or shotgun?
Do we know if we will be able to have practice rounds, and if so will they be at a reduced green fee rate?
Are family and friends allowed onto the course?
Will coordinators be able to facilitate people who wish to, and travelling together play the same course each day, and if timed starts, playing around same time?
And finally do the club bars do baby Guinness ?
( that's for Tom)
