Individuals must supply their own bowls.
Jacks and Bowls Markers (Colored Discs) will be available from the Host.
SCHEDULING
There will be a morning session and an afternoon session programmed each day, with the possibility of a night session if programming requires it.
All games will be of 12 ends duration. A minimum of 8 ends is required for an official game. In the event of a team having a ‘bye’, no score shall be recorded for that team.
GENERAL SPORT RULES for Lawn Bowls
Before the start of play each morning, one trial end each way shall be permitted. In the event of a team having a bye in an earlier game, the team may have the option of practicing on the same green or playing one trial end each before the afternoon game.
Trial ends will commence 15 minutes before the schedule time for the morning session.
Method of play for pairs shall be four bowls, each player alternatively in the order – Leads plays two bowls, Skip plays two bowls, then repeat.
No substitution allowed once competition has begun.
