Nicolas, you mention all cycling events. Does that include Mountain Bike? Currently there are 4 different transportation hubs servicing all of the cycling events. Normally we recommend staying at a hotel close to your venue but it appears you will be scattered around the region. Do you plan on getting a vehicle?
