Any chance at late additions to the small bore English Match? I have been pondering the event; however, have no small bore rifle. Now I may get one and want to use it. I am aware there was a healthy lead time to sign up, Just figured I would ask. Thank you.

I happened to have stumbled across Mr. Dankanich on the Facebook, after he commented on a common friend's post. I asked him a few questions, his response:
"I am that guy. I have been doing my best to answer all the questions. I will look for your email tomorrow. I was under the impression that everyone got the WPFG rule book.

We are going to run this match as close to both sets of rules as possible. If necessary, have 2 categories. So, yes NRA/CMP style shooting jackets as well as the ISSF will be allowed. International competition, can't expect the Chinese and Aussies to have what a competitor used to NRA matches would have right?
Going to publish more word soon. Thanks for your patience.
Dank"

Tried registering for both Distinguished Semi and revolver today, in addition to both open categories; however, the system would only allow me to sign up to one or the other only for distinguished. I tried re-signing up and it still wouldn't allow to add Dist. Revolver(already signed up for Dist. Semi. Any Idea why? or just a new site hiccup?

Still have not received an answer from my question, from 3 months ago, neither on here or from my email Martin Dankanich . That is, would a shooter be able to shoot the 300 meter prone match twice, in two categories( Service Rifle and F class restricted. Also could this be done on one day(Saturday)so it does not interfere with other pistol events. I am trying to prepare now.

2 questions:
-Will the large Bore WPFG Match (not International) be fired on one day, and then the International Match on the other? If so Would the WPFG Match be conducted on the first day, June 27th...(hopefully)?
-If the WPFG Match is fired on the 27th, could a competitor shoot 2 individual matches that day, Example, I would like to shoot in the service rifle AND F- Class restricted.
I Plan to shoot the PPC matches first and foremost, however, since I am out there I might as well shoot the...2 questions:

Please forgive me , but I am thoroughly confused on the PPC events. I had been incidentally cross reading the rules dated January 2014 and October 2013. It appears that the Oct '13 rules seem to be more clear. With the current rules, will there still be 1500 events for OPEN Revolver, OPEN Semi, DISTINGUISHED Revolver, and DISTINGUISHED Semi; in addition to the 600 events of SERVICE GUN Revolver and Semi (totaling 6 separate events). In the rules dated Oct 13, it is clear that there are 6 different events. If this is the case, would I be able to shoot every event (totaling 780 rounds)?
In the current Jan '14 rules there seems to be a verbiage mish-mash between "Distinguished" and "Service" making it seem that there is only OPEN revo and semi; and DISTINGUISHED revo and semi with "Stock service" rules (totaling 4 separate events). After looking at the NRA Rules there is some major equipment differences between the Distinguished and Stock, and I would like to have the WPFG rules clarified before I make any major ..."purchases!" I could be totally way off since I am on my 11th hour of my shift. An email was sent to Robert Sloan, with no response yet, probably because the email address isn't his primary... I just read his earlier post stating that "I can't say I will respond right away but I will respond." Either way, if I get clarification, I'm happy.
Lastly, I am not PPC classified, however I am in outdoor Conventional pistol (bullseye). Am I correct to say that the outdoor pistol class will transfer to PPC.
Thank you!

There are difference between a Service weapon, a Distinguished weapon and an Open weapon. Your best bet is to refer to the NRA rules as they are posted on the NRA PPC web site to decide if what weapons you will need to bring.
As far as you question is concerned about your classification. I will need to research this further and get back to you. Show more 8 years ago

Is the "Pistol Center Fire" discipline the NRA Bullseye Rules, Slow fire at 50 yards, Timed & Rapid fire at 25 yards? 90 shots fired total?
