After taking 5 years off from the sport of benching, I am slowly getting back to form. Lost 14 pounds since October and I have another 20 pounds to go *198* 50-54 group... Hopefully trade some Lapel Pins and Coins..

I am a little confused when I google the World Police & Fire Games Federation (WPFGF) bench press records. I find the WPFGF records dated 2011. It appears not updated in 2 years ? Might be nice if all the weight lifting records would be posted in this group for an easy reference.
