Me and my wife Tee, daughter Rachel, and son Rhys along with Dame Mary Peters while at the Karate event during the 2013 games. Tee and Rachel were officials at the competition while i competed and my son acted as coach, waterboy and official souvenir collector with any other competitor that stood still to long and he could swap patches and pins. His bedroom is now covered in souvenirs.
