It might be worth contacting the organisers of WOMAD in Adelaide, that festival is carbon neutral & they have special rules in place for 3rd parties at the festival as well e.g. the food vendors have to use all biodegradable products for food...

Good luck anyhow Erica. Whether as a Physio or a general volunteer, I'm sure you will have a great time in Virginia. I know I will if selected!!! Always drove through Virginia in the past, never stopped anywhere for long, but here's hoping eh?
