Hi everyone, Im a FF from Australia, looking at doing this for the first time in Fairfax. Would be great to get any assistance from those that did this for their first time. Also anyone interested in sharing training ideas and perhaps meeting up in Fairfax to prepare for the event at the start of the games.

Bring a bag or backpack to carry snacks and drinks as well as your equipment such as swim shorts, towel, shoes, a change of clothes and any other equipment you might need. Last but not least, practice, practice, practice that rope climb!!! It is by far the hardest of the eight events. Hope this helps.
