I was looking at the bench press video that was posted and noticed that an athletes butt and back were off the bench but shoulders remained touching. That is allowed? Also, the feet are allowed to slightly swing on the pull-ups? Thanks!

Where are the results for the 18+ Women's individual results? I found the total points scored but am looking for the separate event times. Also, where is the orientation meeting held on the evening before?Thank you!

I have looked for those in the past. As far as I know, they're not available. Hopefully that will change.
