Hopefully, closer to 7AM. It's going to be very hot AND very humid! The bike is not shaded, but the run is pretty shaded. 7AM start means beers by 9:15!

In the triathlon FAQ section it says to notify sports coordinator if you will be requiring a bicycle. I am looking into hiring a bicyle. What are the options that WPFG are looking into ? or can you give me any more information.

You can also check with Bonzai Tri sports. They are located in Fall Church, VA. They are a Triathlon specific store and have bike rentals as well
