Looking to get on a lax team for the games this year. My department is not big enough to field a team. I'm not sure about rules or specific teams so if anyone has any direction for me, it would be appreciated.

How does one join a team if they do not have a department big enough to field an entire team?

Post here that you're looking for a team or look for posts from other guys and ask if they're looking. unfortunately there is not actual pool you can go into that teams can look through.
