good morning,

is the TCA a one day event or multiple day event? I'm in the 35 to 40 under 200 pounds category. What time and day does this event start for me? I'm trying to plan see if I can do another event during this week. Thank you

Tony Biller The TCA is a one day event that starts at 0700 sharp and will run for about 10 hours. It is a long day. Your competition date will be June 28th. 8 years ago

I'm trying to plan a couple things to see if I can do multiple events. What time and day does the CrossFit start for 35 to 40 men? Is this a one day event?
