Correction to my last post. Registration states 12 man rosters. Are we required to have all l2 present for each game?

USA Hockey only requires the correct amount of skaters on the ice to start. Considering this is IIHF format and this is a Federation specific rule, let me double check with the Federation.

12 players is the minimum number of players requirement to register. To start a game, a team must have 5 skaters and a goalie.

Registration states 15 man rosters. If a team registers 15 but can not get all 15 at each game will that team be allowed to play or does it forfeit?
