Hello Team Photography!
For those of use shooting outdoors on Saturday, the weather forecast is dire. RAIN ALL DAY!! I pretty sure lots of us have very expensive gear and in my experience, rain and cameras don't play well. I know we all volunteered to shoot the games, but I'm not one to risk my gear. Any ideas on how to get around this little rain problem???
Went out Saturday night and captured the The Northern VA Masters Public Safety team in action against The Internationals. It was questionable as to whether the scrimmage would happen because of the heavy rain. Luckily, it cleared up and the game was on. Pictures to follow...
Just uploaded some pics for guys to enjoy. I'm a retired Navy Chief turned Govt Contractor. I shoot action sports mostly for fun. My weapon of choice is the Nikon D7000 with a 17-50mm 2.8, 70-200mm 2.8, and a 18-300mm 3.5 - 5.6 lens. I look forward to meeting my fellow photographers this weekend.
