Hopefully you other volunteers can help me out. I went through all of the PDF slides, but was not able to get back to the screen that showed the different segments and so I could print the certificate. This happened to me to....get back to the training for orientation. Go to the last subject and click on it....go through the screens and it will get you there to print the certificate. If not, still go and get your volunteer package and tell the...
