I accepted a roll in social media in person at the Glen this past Saturday because I was told they did not have a roll for me hence why I had not gotten an email. I never got the accept your roll email. I went on Saturday and was the first person there and accepted a roll in social media and was given the contact info for the person scheduling the photographers, they have yet to respond to any emails I sent. Yesterday I got an email for a position that was not even close to what I requested and all the shifts are full, needless to say I am not happy that it appears I am locked out of helping out on two weekends I passed on other activities.
