I still don't understand completely. The ibjjf rules are based on belt-levels according to what techniques that are ok (page 24 in the ibjjf rules). What does this mean in this event when there are no belt levels. Can someone please answer this question?

Rules sub-grappling.

In the adv-class/open class. Are there any prohibited tecnics such as leg,foot,ankle-locks, rotating knee bars, neck crank? What rules according to tecnics are there in the adv-class. Is it like white belt bjj, or black belt bjj? Is it ok to jump to guard or sit down on the mat without submission attempt? I have read the rules, but cant find any details in this subject.
