can someone please help me out with the category I might be in, gear as follows: recurve bow, one nock point, no walking, arrows are alloy X7 with vanes, single point rest and 1 x sub 12" stabilizer. any help appreciated, cheers....

According to the IBO rules you would be shooting recurve unassisted.
