Schedules don't match

Hubby and I signed up as volunteers but were put into two different roles. We only have one car so this will not work for us. Neither of us has accepted yet as not sure what to do at this point. He was offered Medal Ceremonies and I was offered Transportation which I did not select. If I come to Ashburn today is ther a chance I can get switched to Medal Ceremonies? Thanks
