As far as singlets go is there a specific company we have to use and are belts permitted .... second part if I'm competing in bench only 275+ for most comps its three lifts in one day is this meet the same ... this is my first police games so I'm a newbee lol

A plain singlet will do fine and the company doesn't matter. You will be given three attempts to get your highest bench.
