Jim please tell me you can lift your head during the press ... just competed in a fed that did not allow you to lift your head during the press and it threw my mechanics off something terrible

I don't see anything in the rules the require you to keep your head on the bench. I sent a message to the Federation Director to get an answer just to be sure on it.
