What time will the meeting before the show start so I can plan my make up appointment accordingly?

I think they will be selling the Team USA shirts at our venue. That is what I was told.

Most everything on the website says it's booked. I just found a reasonable hotel in Chantilly on Hotels.com

Meeting at 10h... What time starts the show? Do we have time to do hair and make up in between? And so we will be able to plan spray tan appointment too... Thx
